Ideal for retaining shafts, gears, pulleys, bearing, joint, fan or joining fitted cylindrical parts, or similar parts. 0.015" maximum gap fill. Allows relaxed machining tolerances, and excellent replacement for clamp Rings, set screws, and snap Rings. Applicable materials are most metals.
Threadlocker Red 58271 and 58277, industry formula heavy-duty, room temperature anaerobic curing adhesives, are designed to lock and seal threaded fasteners permanently and prevent loosening from vibration. Red 58271 for fasteners up to to 1-Inch (25 mm), thread size M10 international standard;
They are also moisture resistant and protect threads from leaks, rusting, and corrosion. Saving stocking cost of expensive lock nuts and washers. With a wide temperature resistant range, -65 to 302 °F, -54 to 150 °C without aging, ensuring a long service time. Sets in 10 minutes; cures in 24-hours.
